Nerves playing at Dublin Castle, Camden, 4 Jan 2019

Our first gig of 2019! We are playing at the Dublin Castle pub in Camden, 94 Parkway, NW1 7AN, London on Friday evening, 4 Jan 2019.

Apparently it was built for irish navvies working on the railways in London and was where the band Madness built their reputation — coincidentally they were on the BBC on New Year’s Eve playing in the New Year. Amy Winehouse was a regular visitor.

Who’s playing?

Jay Ebby East

He is described as: “Mr Ebby East rocks a sparkling glam rock tinged version of nouveau Britpop with loadsa crunch and loadsa sass. Could actually be the place classic Blur and prime time Oasis meet up and make sweet love.”

Nerves

That’s us! “Gritty punk grunge with the intensity of Idles, also references Nirvana and at times Rage Against The Machine. Not an all out sonic assault, have decent tunes too, good.”

Slip Digby

“Pacey blues infused Grunge rock with soulful vocals on a rockin’ Fu Manchu tip rather than yer Pearl Jams”
